What do I need to apply?+
A valid government-issued photo ID, proof of income, and the application fee.
What income is required to qualify?+
A combined household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent — for example, a $1,500 apartment requires a minimum income of $4,500 per month.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes! Up to 2 pets per home, with no weight limit. Breed restrictions may apply, and a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet.
What times are available for tours?+
During leasing office hours: Monday–Friday 10AM–6PM, Saturday 10AM–5PM, Sunday closed. Walk-ins welcome — or schedule ahead at 334-591-3971.
What other fees am I responsible for?+
Beyond rent: water/sewer billed on usage, the Smart Bundle (Valet Living service, 1 GB WiFi and pest control), Renter's Tax of 1.5% of rent, plus amenity and pet fees where applicable.
